Kevin Goll
Founder & Lead Principal
Kevin Goll launched Yorkshire Drive based on a deep belief in the overwhelmingly positive societal impact of the three verticals served - Sports, Education, and Ministry. Moreover, the pressures and challenges leaders in these verticals face are remarkably similar as all are high-visibility, high-pressure, and typically high-turnover, resulting in the need for a trusted guide during consequential decisions.
Kevin's insider/outsider experience is unique and is precisely what fuels Yorkshire Drive to serve clients in ways others cannot. For nearly a decade, he led executive searches and consulting projects at the highest levels of each vertical, completing over 100 organization-defining assignments for some of the nation's most recognizable brands. Most recently, he served as head of strategy and innovation for the athletic department at his alma mater, an operation with 250+ employees and a $140m+ yearly operating budget.
This distinct profile makes Kevin a frequent speaker/presenter at industry conferences and gatherings. A graduate of both the Honors College and Law School at Baylor University, Kevin and his wife, their three children, and their dogs, make their home in Central Texas.
